&lt;p&gt;My total mileage/time was 1.10mi/22.47 (had to finish the lap back to my house, lol). Not bad considering I completely started over. Okay, well, it&amp;#8217;s better than what I thought it was going to be. Probably won&amp;#8217;t post my times all the time, since it&amp;#8217;ll probably stay around the same number for a while until I&amp;#8217;m able to get faster/start running. I&amp;#8217;ll keep you updated, though.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It felt nice to be outside and not fighting to keep myself warm/dry. I suck at them. But I do know that if I&amp;#8217;m going to be taking my health more seriously I&amp;#8217;m going to need them. I am, however, a list-maker, so I&amp;#8217;ve got that going for me. As of right now, here&amp;#8217;s what I&amp;#8217;m working on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;One Mile Runs. &lt;/strong&gt;I know it doesn&amp;#8217;t seem like much. In fact, one mile is nothing for me (even as out of shape as I am) but the mile itself isn&amp;#8217;t the goal I&amp;#8217;m working for. I want to run shorter-timed miles. Right now I&amp;#8217;m simply walking a mile&amp;#8230;and when I&amp;#8217;m not pushing myself very hard it takes me about 20 minutes to &lt;em&gt;walk&lt;/em&gt; a mile. My goal is to continue to make my miles shorter and shorter&amp;#8230;and eventually adding in more miles as I go.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Healthier Eating.&lt;/strong&gt; This one is a goal I&amp;#8217;m currently working on and it&amp;#8217;s getting easier and easier to make the right choices. I know what is good for my body and now I&amp;#8217;m beginning to understand when I&amp;#8217;m full and when I&amp;#8217;m legit hungry. But my biggest hurdle right now is cravings which turn into binging. My goal is to figure out what&amp;#8217;s triggering the cravings and find better alternatives or even ways to cut out the scarfing down of food altogether.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well, really, that&amp;#8217;s it. I&amp;#8217;m still just kind of baby-stepping it right now while I try to find what works for me and what doesn&amp;#8217;t. I&amp;#8217;m not expecting overnight results but I&amp;#8217;m hoping that I can eventually change my goals to something a bit more.
